Within Baltimoreās organization, Stern developed a reputation as one of Harbaughās most trusted assistantsāoften described internally as one of the coachās āright-hand men.ā Most recently, Stern held the role of director of football strategy and assistant quarterbacks coach with the Ravens, a position that involved helping shape game plans and quarterback development.
