Denise Richards is doing “good” after being granted a permanent restraining order against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum issued an update at BravoCon over the weekend.
“It’s a process,” the reality star, 54, said during Sunday’s Bravo2Bravo panel before gushing about her “great support system.”

Richards, elsewhere in the conversation, spoke about how “very daunting” it has been dealing with her contentious split in the public eye.
“It’s different because on the reality shows, our personal life is out there,” the actress explained. “On reality [TV], you can’t pretend it’s not happening.”
The Bravolebrity, notably, filed for divorce from Phypers, 53, in July — and accused him of “frequent” and “violent” abuse later that same month.

Phypers, who has repeatedly denied his estranged wife’s allegations, cannot get within 100 yards of Richards or her place of work until Nov. 7, 2030.
He also cannot contact her in any way, as of Nov. 7.
At the time, Phypers admitted he wished the Los Angeles Superior Court judge had ruled “the other way.”

He insisted, “I know the truth. This may be hidden for a minute. We’re going to reset a little bit, but that’s OK.”
Richards was initially granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers on July 16.
She sought to extend the order at an October hearing spanning multiple days, during which Richards gave emotional testimony.

Phypers’ cousin Kathleen McAllister also took to the stand and corroborated some of Richards’ abuse claims.
At the time, Phypers was arrested inside the courtroom for spousal abuse.
The actor was charged with two felony counts of injuring a spouse and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat last month.

He bailed himself out hours later after satisfying his $200,000 bond.
Phypers, in turn, has accused Richards of infidelity and a Vicodin addiction, as well as harassment and tracking his car, throughout their tumultuous legal battle — all of which she has denied.
The former couple’s divorce battle is still ongoing.
