Unrivaled, the innovative three-on-three basketball league co-founded by Minnesota Lynx forward Napheesa Collier and New York Liberty superstar Breanna Stewart, has officially announced its rosters for the 2026 season, and fans have plenty to be excited about.

With the addition of two new clubs—Breeze Basketball Club and Hive Basketball Club—alongside a development player pool, Unrivaled will welcome 18 fresh faces, bringing the league’s total to 54 players, when the season tips off in Miami next January.
While Liberty supporters await news on a permanent head coach following Sandy Brondello’s departure at the conclusion of the 2025 WNBA season, they have much to look forward to during the league’s second annual season.
Breanna Stewart, co-founder of Unrivaled and powerhouse forward for the Liberty, will suit up for her second season with the Mist Basketball Club. Stewart narrowly missed a playoff berth during the inaugural season but is returning stronger and ready to lead. Coming off a challenging Liberty campaign that included a sprained MCL and a 13-game absence, Stewart still maintained impressive averages of 18.3 points per game in the regular season and 18 points in the postseason. She also earned her sixth consecutive selection to the WNBA All-Defensive team, cementing her reputation as one of the league’s most dominant defenders.
Stewart will be joined in Miami by Atlanta Dream guard Allisha Gray and Dallas Wings star Arike Ogunbowale, promising fans a display of elite scoring, defensive prowess, and leadership both on and off the court.

New York Liberty point guard Natasha Cloud returns to the Phantom Basketball Club for her second Unrivaled season. Cloud, who was traded from the Connecticut Sun last season, made an immediate impact in New York, averaging 10.1 points and 3.7 rebounds in the regular season and 12.7 points in the postseason. Her standout performance in the Liberty’s first playoff game against the Phoenix Mercury—23 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals in an overtime thriller—underscored her value as a clutch performer.

Joining Cloud on Phantom is Satou Sabally, the only other returning player, creating continuity and chemistry for the team. Cloud commented on the league’s significance, saying, “[Unrivaled] is a league that has continued to set a precedent for women’s basketball across the realm.”
The 2026 Unrivaled season is set to tip off on January 5 in Miami, giving fans the chance to witness some of the WNBA’s top talent in a fast-paced, high-energy three-on-three format. Tickets are now available for fans eager to see Stewart, Cloud, and other Liberty stars in action
