The White House has declined to detail why Trump had an MRI or what part of his body was scanned
Donald Trump has said he will release the results of an MRI test that he took in October, amid swirling questions over the Presidentâs health.
The US President said he has âno ideaâ which part of his body was scanned but insisted the results would be âperfectâ.
âIf you want to have it released, Iâll release it,â the President said during an exchange with reporters as he traveled back to Washington from Florida on Sunday.New Feature

âIt was just an MRI,â he said. âWhat part of the body? It wasnât the brain because I took a cognitive test and I aced it.â
The White House has so far declined to detail why Trump had an MRI during his physical in October, or on what part of his body.
The press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, has said that the President received âadvanced imagingâ at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center âas part of his routine physical examinationâ and that the results showed Trump remains in âexceptional physical health.â
An MRI scan, which stands for magnetic resonance imaging, uses a powerful magnetic field and radio waves to create high-resolution images of tissue and organs.
They can be used to diagnose a variety of conditions.
There has been speculation in recent months over the 79-year-old Presidentâs health.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has called on Trump to ârelease the MRI results.â
In an interview with NBC on Sunday, Walz said the President is âfading physicallyâ and questioned his âmental capacityâ.
âThereâs reasons for us to be concerned. This is the guy that randomly says the airspace over Venezuela is closed. Iâm deeply concerned that he is incapable of doing the job,â he said.
Trumpâs estranged niece Mary Trump, recently said the Presidentâs impulse control problems were âdeterioratingâ and said he was displaying the same âdeer in the headlightsâ look as her grandfather, Fred, who suffered from Alzheimerâs disease.
In August, California Governor, Gavin Newsom who has been engaged in a bitter online feud with Trump, suggested the President has dementia.
Alex Jones, a Trump ally who hosts the InfoWars podcast, also suggested the President was facing a full blown health âcrisisâ.
