Williams’ second NFL season in 2025 proved to be a turning point for both the quarterback and the franchise.

As part of the transaction, the Bills also agreed to guarantee $15.5 million of Moore’s 2028 base salary, according to his agents Drew Rosenhaus and Robert Bailey.
