Patrick Mahomes is grinding through rehab after a devastating knee injury.
But during the NFL offseason, the Kansas City Chiefs star still found time for a rare romantic moment with his wife Brittany.

Brittany Mahomes Praises Patrick for Rare Romantic Gesture at Wedding
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes may be focused on recovering from a serious knee injury, but he recently showed that he still knows how to make time for his family.
Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes turned heads over the weekend while attending the wedding of their friends Kate Van Wyk and Josh Parker.
The couple shared photos from the celebration, and Brittany couldnāt help but highlight a sweet gesture from her husband.
Brittany Shares Rare Moment

Posting several photos from the wedding on social media, Brittany praised Patrick for something she jokingly described as unusual.
āTwo things that arenāt normal over here⦠I showed up very early and this guy actually took photos,ā she wrote alongside the pictures.
She later added another caption expressing her affection for the Chiefs superstar:
āMy baby forever.ā
The photos showed the longtime couple enjoying the evening together, dressed up for the celebration and clearly embracing the offseason moment.
Mahomes Enjoying Downtime During Rehab
While the wedding offered a brief break from football, Mahomes remains deeply focused on his recovery.
The three-time Super Bowl MVP tore both his ACL and MCL in December during a game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The injury capped off a difficult season for Kansas City, which ultimately missed the playoffs after finishing with a disappointing record.
Since then, Mahomes has been undergoing intense rehabilitation to prepare for the upcoming season.
Rehab Progress Ahead of Schedule
According to NFL insider Jay Glazer, Mahomes may already be ahead of schedule in his recovery.
Speaking on The Dan Patrick Show, Glazer said the quarterbackās dedication and pain tolerance are helping accelerate the process.
āHis pain threshold is different, his work ethic is different,ā Glazer said.
Early projections suggested Mahomes might return around the start of the season, but Glazer believes the star quarterback could be back even sooner.
Chiefs Enter Major Offseason Rebuild

While Mahomes focuses on getting healthy, the Chiefs are also making significant roster changes.
The team recently took several steps to create financial flexibility, including:
⢠Restructuring Mahomesā contract to free salary cap space
⢠Trading star cornerback Trent McDuffie to the Los Angeles Rams for a first-round pick
⢠Releasing offensive tackle Jawaan Taylor, saving roughly $20 million
Those moves give Kansas City two first-round picks in the upcoming draft ā No. 9 and No. 29.
The organization is hoping the extra assets can help rebuild a roster that struggled last season.
Possible Reinforcements on the Way

The Chiefs are also rumored to be exploring additional upgrades.
One name linked to Kansas City is running back Kenneth Walker, who is entering free agency after helping the Seattle Seahawks win the Super Bowl.
If the Chiefs land Walker, it could give Mahomes another dynamic weapon once he returns to the field.
Offseason Balance
For now, Mahomes continues balancing rehab, family time, and the Chiefsā evolving offseason.

And if Brittany Mahomesā social media posts are any indication, even during a challenging recovery process, the couple is still finding moments to celebrate together.
