President Donald Trump is once again taking aim at Jimmy Kimmel.
In a post shared on Truth Social on Thursday, Nov. 20, Trump, 79, called out the Jimmy Kimmel Live! host â whose show was previously suspended for six days over comments he made following Charlie Kirk’s death â as he called for the late-night show to be taken off the air.
“Why does ABC Fake News keep Jimmy Kimmel, a man with NO TALENT and VERY POOR TELEVISION RATINGS, on the air?” Trump wrote in the post. “Why do the TV Syndicates put up with it?”
He also claimed that Kimmel’s show is “totally biased coverage,” as he wrote, “Get the bum off the air!!!”Jimmy Kimmel during his monologue on Nov. 19.

Trump’s post came after Kimmel, 58, opened his Wednesday night show by commenting on the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein case.
“We are carefully following the path of Hurricane Epstein right now. It is a Category 5, it is expected to make landfall sometime very soon,” Kimmel said. “We are now one step closer to answering the question: what did the president know, and how old were these women when he knew it?”
“Yesterday, both the House and Senate voted to release the long-withheld files related to a man who considered himself to be Trump’s closest friend for more than a decade, the late sex criminal, Jeffrey Epstein,” Kimmel said. “The vote in Congress went 427 to 1. It was such a landslide, Trump might actually be able to re-bury the Epstein files under it.”
“The Senate today sent the bill to the White House. Now, usually when Trump gets a bill, he declares bankruptcy and doesn’t pay it, but this one, he’s gonna have to sign,” Kimmel continued. “Or at least he says he’s gonna sign it, which means there’s about â maybe a 12% chance he will. Trump hasn’t been this nervous about signing something since Don Jr.’s birth certificate.”

In a Truth Social post on Wednesday, after Kimmel had taped his monologue, Trump said he had “just signed the bill to release the Epstein files,” as he claimed, “This latest Hoax will backfire on the Democrats just as all of the rest have!”Jimmy Kimmel hosts ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’.

Since returning to the air in late September, Kimmel hasn’t held back on his attacks on Trump and other conservative politicians, including Vice President JD Vance, whom he dubbed Vice President Maybelline. However, the late-night host has also said that he would be open to having the president on his show.
“I’d love to have Trump on the show, for sure,” he said during a Bloomberg panel on Oct. 8.
During the conversation, Kimmel also reflected on why he discusses politics more frequently on his show, as he said, “I think maturity is part of it. I think you figure out who you are.”
“This is a very different situation that we’re in now. And also my job, as I see it, is to talk about the news of the day, and these are the big stories of the day pretty much every day,” he said. “He’s on TV all day, every day, so he gives us a lot to use, to deal with. That’s unusual. That’s not how it used to be. You hear him, you see him, he’s just presented himself so frequently, and it’s just more digestible.”
