Stefon Diggs and teammate Christian Barmore face legal trouble.

Outside of his first career trip to the Super Bowl, it’s been a rough couple of months for former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs.
The All-Pro receiver has been the subject of serious legal allegations, faced a civil lawsuit, and is still facing the strong possibility of punishment from the NFL. Diggs was hit with more bad news this week, with his famous girlfriend addressing ongoing rumors about their rocky status.

Cardi B Addresses Drama With Stefon Diggs
Diggs had just welcomed a child with his partner, rapper Cardi B, but the two faced rumors of a split after Diggs and his New England Patriots lost to the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl.
Cardi B confirmed the rumors this week, saying at a concert that she and Diggs have split.

“Let me tell you something, just because I ain’t [explstive]-ing with my baby daddy doesn’t mean you get to talk about my baby daddy, [expletive]! This for you, [expletive]!” Cardi said, as seen in a video shared online.
The statement was aimed at another rapper, BIA, who made fun of Diggs after the Patriots lost the Super Bowl and he had a poor performance.
There had been rumors of a split leading up to this week’s confirmation. TMZ reported just after the Super Bowl that the pair unfollowed each other on social media, despite having been seen together on the field at the game.

“Cardi B and Stefon Diggs could be dealing with some trouble in paradise … at least that’s what fans think after the two unfollowed each other on Instagram,” the report noted.
“Of course, this comes on the heels of Diggs and the New England Patriots’ Super Bowl loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
Eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice the unfollowing — and we checked for ourselves … it’s legit. That said, it’s unclear whether the unfollowing happened before or after the tough loss.”
More Trouble for Stefon Diggs
Diggs is facing some other serious situations, including criminal charges related to a December incident where police say he assaulted a former personal chef.
Diggs was in court last week for arraignment, which he had delayed until after the Super Bowl, and he vigorously denied the charges.

The former Bills receiver is also facing a civil lawsuit from a person who claimed Diggs defamed them over allegations of a stolen luxury sports car.
“In the docs, a man who claims he used to work for Stefon says in July 2024, Stefon requested he arrange for Stefon’s Ferrari to be transported from Miami to New York and then to Houston … but he says the Ferrari was stolen in Houston,” a report from TMZ noted.
“The guy claims law enforcement concluded the Ferrari was stolen by third parties in a sophisticated theft … but he says Stefon started telling people in their circles that the guy stole the car.”

The man who filed the claim against Diggs said he had never stolen the car, but said that “Stefon’s false allegations caused his concierge and consulting business to suffer.”
