Lauren Alaina is embracing motherhood in the sweetest way, sharing a heartwarming video of her baby girl Beni watching her prepare for a performance. The country star welcomed her daughter earlier this summer and has been open about the joys and challenges of being a new mom on the road.
Lauren Alaina Welcomes Baby Girl Beni
Lauren Alaina and her husband Cam Arnold celebrated the arrival of their first child, Beni Doll Arnold, on June 11 at 8:44 am. Baby Beni weighed 7 lbs 13oz and measured 19 inches long.
Lauren described the moment she first held her daughter as life-changing:
“The right words are hard to find to describe how parts of my heart that I didn’t even know existed were unlocked at 8:44 am when they laid you on my belly for the first time. I will never be the same. You, to your dad and me, are absolute perfection. We are honored God chose us to be your parents.”
The couple first announced their pregnancy in January in a touching video tied to Lauren’s emotional song, “Those Kind of Women.” A week later, they revealed they were expecting a girl through a creative video using pink paw prints from their pet.
Taking Beni On Tour
Earlier this month, Lauren shared her experience of going back on the road with baby Beni. While she admitted feeling nervous, she quickly discovered that her daughter made the journey even more special.
“I was so overwhelmed with the thought of going back on the road after having my daughter. I was scared. I was excited. I was dreading it. I couldn’t wait. Our newest member of the band is making our shows even better than before.”
Lauren confessed she had been worried about leaving home with her newborn, but life on tour has turned into a beautiful adventure.

In honor of International Daughters Day, Lauren shared a touching clip on social media showing Beni smiling while watching her mom get ready for a show on the tour bus.
Lauren captioned the video: “Happy International Daughters Day to my heaven sent sweet baby girl. You make life so much sweeter. I love you .”
