Meghan Markle attended a glamorous dinner in Los Angeles on Wednesday, October 15, where she showcased her lifestyle brand As Ever by providing wine for the event. The exclusive gathering, titled “A Seat At The Table,” was hosted by entrepreneur Emma Grede at the home of renowned designer Kelly Wearstler, with a plant-based dinner prepared by chef Camilla Marcus. The event, planned by Stephanie Horton and sponsored by Shop by Google, featured an impressive guest list of influential women.

Meghan, 44, looked chic in a two-piece tan suit paired with a white shirt and gold chain necklace by Aurate. Her hair was slicked back, and she completed the look with black pointed-toe Balenciaga heels. Grede, 43, shared photos from the event on Instagram the following day, showing off the intimate dinner setting illuminated by tall black candelabras and delicate cherry blossom floral arrangements.

During the event, Meghan reflected on the candid Instagram video she posted in June, in which she and her husband Prince Harry celebrated their daughter Princess Lilibet’s 4th birthday with a playful “Baby Momma” dance in a hospital delivery room. Meghan, who launched As Ever earlier this year, spoke about embracing authenticity online, emphasizing how important it is to be true to oneself. She echoed Grede’s belief that success in business comes from genuine self-expression, laughing as she asked, “Did you see my ‘Baby Momma’ dance?”
Grede, founder of SKIMS and CEO of Good American, recalled watching the video multiple times and commended Meghan for showing a side of herself that the public hadn’t seen before. “That’s you in a way that we haven’t been able to see you before,” Grede remarked.
The dinner, attended by notable guests such as fashion designer Rachel Zoe, former Netflix CMO Bozoma Saint John, tennis pro Maria Sharapova, and beauty founder Danessa Myricks, was a celebration of women supporting each other. Grede’s caption on Instagram highlighted the purpose of the dinner series, which focuses on empowering women to collaborate, share resources, and uplift one another in business. “Success is never built alone,” she wrote, stressing the importance of women leading, building, and owning their power.

Grede also shared her vision for the future, where women can come together to create opportunities and open doors for each other, changing the narrative for future generations. The dinner, in the heart of Los Angeles—a city known for its big dreams—was more than a social gathering; it was a statement about the power of women in leadership and the impact of supporting one another in business.

With this event, Meghan once again used her platform to highlight the importance of authenticity, collaboration, and empowerment, reinforcing her commitment to her lifestyle brand and the values that drive it. As ever, Meghan’s presence at such a prestigious gathering underscored her ongoing mission to inspire and uplift those around her.
