Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Trey Yesavage has enjoyed an eventful few months, and that now includes moving in with his girlfriend, Taylor Frick, per Anna Lazarus Caplan of People Magazine.
The 22-year-old Yesavage made his MLB debut on Sept. 15 and authored three regular season starts, going 1-0 with a 3.21 ERA and 16 strikeouts in 14 innings.
He then played a major role in the Blue Jays’ playoff run, which included the team’s first American League pennant since 1993.

The first highlight was on Oct. 5, when Yesavage struck out 11 over 5.1 shutout innings en route to a 13-7 victory over the New York Yankees in Game 2 of the American League Division Series.
Yesavage then went 1-1 in the AL Championship Series against the Seattle Mariners. His one victory was massive, though, as he started a must-win Game 6 and tossed 5.2 innings of two-run ball, striking out seven in a 6-2 win.
The rookie then made three appearances in the World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers, starting two games and making one relief outing.
He had a 2.84 ERA over 12.2 innings but most notably starred in Game 5, which resulted in 7.1 frames of one-run ball and 12 strikeouts. Toronto won that game 6-1 to go up 3-2 in the series but fell in seven games.

Ultimately, Yesavage looks like he has a very bright future in Toronto, especially after he came through in the clutch in the playoffs.
