Indiana Fever expert prediction: Will the Indiana Fever beat the Las Vegas Aces tonight, Sept. 23?
Chloe Peterson, IndyStar: Aces 87-78
“Aces head coach Becky Hammon says four-time MVP A’ja Wilson rarely has two bad games in a row. And I fully believe Wilson will come back with a vengeance in Game 2.
“The Fever held Wilson, who was presented with her record fourth MVP trophy on Sunday, to just 6-of-22 shooting in Indiana’s Game 1 win. Wilson had only recorded that shooting line or worse three times throughout the regular season, and she will be determined to be better.
“The Aces run through Wilson, and they’ll be mad with the early loss, too. I expect Las Vegas to come out with the pace they were missing on Sunday, evening the series.”
