Alexis Bellino disinvited her former “Real Housewives of Orange County” castmate Jennifer Pedranti from her upcoming wedding to John Janssen, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
A source tells us Pedranti received a save-the-date earlier this year, but when invitations went out several months later, Bellino sent her a text instead.
“Shortly after the save-the-dates were sent, Alexis underwent an unexpected emergency surgery,” our source explains.
“Despite everything she was going through, Alexis reached out to Jenn before the procedure to share what was happening. Sadly, she never received a response or any check-in from Jenn during that time, which was personally difficult.”
Our source does not elaborate on the nature of the medical emergency but assures us Bellino, 48, is OK now.
We’re told the “RHOC” alum “truly felt a strong bond” with Pedranti, also 48, and “genuinely wanted to include her in her special day.”
But the “lack of support” Bellino felt during her time of need led her to “reevaluate their relationship,” we’re told.
Our source also points out that the bride “had to make some tough decisions about who would be included,” as the event will be “intimate.”

After making her decision about cutting the yoga instructor from her guest list, we’re told Bellino “reached out” to say she “felt a shift in their connection and sensed some distance.”
Therefore, the mother of three told Pedranti that it “may not be the right time” for her to attend the nuptials.
“Right now, Alexis is focused on her health, her happiness and the love she’s building with John,” our source says.
“She’s grateful for the people who have shown up for her and is looking forward to celebrating surrounded by those who have been by her side.”
Our source stresses that “Alexis continues to believe Jenn is a good person and wishes her nothing but the best,” adding, “She remains hopeful that they can reconnect in the future; the door is always open.”
Pedranti echoes those sentiments, telling us in a statement, “I respect Alexis’ decision and wish nothing but the best for her and John.”
We’re told a handful of current and former Bravolebrities remain invited to Bellino’s wedding to Janssen.
