Fenerbahce Stays Unbeaten With Hard-Fought Win Over Prague in Women’s EuroLeague Clash
Fenerbahce opened the second round of the Women’s EuroLeague with another statement victory, holding off a fierce challenge from Prague to win 75–71 at home on Wednesday night. The defending champions, who dominated the first round with a perfect record, now extend their unbeaten streak to 7–0.

The Turkish powerhouse came out firing, seizing early control with a commanding 23–11 first quarter. But Prague refused to fold, storming back to trim the deficit to just two points by halftime (41–39). By the late stages of the third quarter, the visitors had fully flipped the momentum, grabbing a 57–53 lead in the 28th minute.

Fenerbahce, however, responded like champions. Led by a crucial 18-point performance from Tina Charles, the home team regained their rhythm in the final ten minutes.

Emma Meesseman delivered a near double-double with 10 points and 9 rebounds—despite battling through a cold shooting night (4-of-12)—while Julie Allemand added 6 points and a strong 6 assists to stabilize the backcourt.

With the win, Fenerbahce remains firmly atop Group F with a flawless record of seven victories and no defeats. The team now prepares for its next road challenge in Venice next Wednesday as they look to continue their dominant European campaign.
