Hilary Duff Announces New Album ‘Luck…or Something’
Hilary Duff has announced that her sixth album “Luck…or Something” will be released on Feb. 20 via Atlantic Records.
The singer has been teeing up her first record in a decade over the past few months, releasing the project’s first single “Mature” in early November.
“I am often asked how I still have my head on straight after growing up in this industry,” said Duff in a statement. “The album title is my way of answering that question. It’s luck, but there’s also a lot of weight in the ‘…or something’. Many of the things I’ve been through along the way are held there, and I feel like ultimately that’s what’s shaped me.”

In early September, Duff announced that she had signed with Atlantic and was prepping a docuseries about her return to music. The series is set to be directed and executive-produced by Sam Wrench, who previously helmed “A Nonsense Christmas With Sabrina Carpenter” and “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour,” through Next of Kin Content. The docuseries will embrace “the ups, downs and everything in between,” and promises that “fans will ride shotgun as she balances raising a family, recording new music, live show rehearsals, and preparing to perform on stage for the first time in over a decade.”
