Adam Sandler stopped by Ohio State men’s basketball practice before his Columbus show during the “You’re My Best Friend” tour.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Adam Sandler was spotted at the Schottenstein Center on Ohio State’s campus before his comedy show Wednesday.
The comedian was in Columbus as part of his “You’re My Best Friend” tour.
Before heading to his show at Nationwide Arena, Sandler paid the Ohio State men’s basketball team a visit during their practice, taking a photo with coach Jake Diebler that was posted on the team’s social media.

Sandler, also known for his roles in “Happy Gilmore” and “The Wedding Singer,” was dressed in his quintessential casual attire. The actor has publicly expressed his interest in basketball and has taken photos with other teams before his tour stops, including at the University of South Carolina and Syracuse University.
Sandler will visit more than 30 cities during the tour, which runs through Nov. 1 and ends in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Ohio State men’s basketball team has an exhibition game against Ohio University at the Schottenstein Center on Oct. 26 and begins conference play on Dec. 6 at Northwestern.
