“Late Night” host Seth Meyers checked ex-New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Tuesday after he claimed he was “surprised” to receive a pardon from Donald Trump and “no one can say President Trump can’t keep a secret.”

“But they do still have a way of getting out,” quipped Meyers alongside a photo of Jeffrey Epstein and Trump, the latter of whom allegedly referred to a “wonderful secret” in a cryptic birthday card to the late convicted sex offender.
The president has denied writing the message.

Moments earlier in the monologue, Meyers took aim at House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) for urging members of the lower chamber to start returning to Capitol Hill “right now” ahead of a vote to reopen the government.
“And I’m sure they would if only the flights weren’t all grounded,” quipped Meyers in a nod to flight disruptions that have wreaked havoc on the nation’s airports over the past week.
