Adam Sandler‘s daughter may have a future career in the music industry.
The Happy Gilmore 2 star’s daughter Sunny, 16, hit the stage at a recent stop for her dad’s You’re My Best Friend Tour and left audience members pleasantly surprised with her vocal talent. At the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on Sunday, Oct. 5, the teen sang a rendition of country artist Gabby Barrett’s 2020 hit song “I Hope.”
In a clip of the performance shared on TikTok, Sunny can be seen singing, wearing blue jeans and a graphic t-shirt, while Sandler, 59, proudly looks at her and strums the tune on his guitar.

In addition to Sunny, the Blended actor shares daughter, Sadie, 19, with his wife, Jackie Sandler. The family of four recently enjoyed a special evening out together at the premiere of Sandler’s new movie, Jay Kelly. In the film, Sandler stars as Ron Sukenick, the manager of George Clooney‘s character.
On Monday, Sept. 29, during the 63rd New York Film Festival at Alice Tully Hall, the actor, his wife and their daughters looked chic as they walked the carpet together. Sandler, Jackie and their daughter Sunny wore all-black outfits, while Sadie opted for a gray floor-length dress. The tight-knit group was all smiles as they posed for pictures together.
Sunny’s singing debut isn’t the first time one of Sandler’s daughters has showcased their talent. In fact, Sunny and Sadie have appeared in several of their father’s films over the years, including his 2020 Netflix movie, Hubie Halloween. However, it wasn’t until 2023 that they landed starring roles.
More recently, Sunny and Sadie joined their dad in Netflix’s Happy Gilmore 2 — and made quite the impression on the film’s director, Kyle Newacheck, who said they were “very good at acting.”
