Justin Bieber revealed he suffered a “gnarly” injury after falling from his Onewheel electric skateboard.
“My rib hurts so f–king bad, bro,” the “Peaches” singer told fans during a four hour Twitch livestream on Thursday.
“That s–t bro is hurting me bad, bro,” he added. “I’m trying to play it cool, bro. This s–t is f–king with me.”
Bieber then explained how the incident played out. “Chat, I f–king fell on my side on that Onewheel and landed on my [hip],” he divulged. “So, even singing, laughing, everything hurts.”

Bieber pushed ahead with a live rehearsal for the 2026 Coachella Music Festival, saying after he hit the couch, “Bro, that fall the other day?” While cradling his ribs, he shared that it “hurts to laugh, talk.”
A rep for Bieber did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
The “Sorry” hitmaker, 31, was previously spotted sporting a mystery injury over the summer.
In photos obtained by Page Six in June, the Grammy winner was seen heading into Voda Spa in West Hollywood, Calif. with a black bandaged knee brace on his left leg.

He wore a bright red hoodie, teal athletic shorts, and ocean blue slides for the outing, finishing the casual look with a backwards ball cap.
The singer has shared other personal revelations via Twitch — in October, the father of one, 31, confessed to a “tense” moment with wife Hailey Bieber amid the August 2024 delivery of their son, Jack Blues.
The “Sorry” hitmaker said during the livestream that he thought Hailey’s doula was ““pushing [him] to the side” as he felt the “need to console” the rhode skin founder.
Hailey then confronted her husband over “butting heads” with her doula, he recalled.

“It’s instinctual to be a dad and to, like, be there,” he told pals and fans during the discussion.
And while he said he appreciated the doula’s need to “help facilitate” the birth, he said he felt he needed to “be in there too.”
Hailey felt “anxious” over Justin’s “strong” feelings in the moment, he said.

“She was like, ‘You need to apologize to the doula. Like … just clear the air,’” he divulged.
Sharing that his “emotions [were] heightened,” Justin then apologized and asked the doula not to “take away from [his] moment either as the dad.”
“I’ve got good instincts with this stuff too,” he shared.
