Mauricio Umansky is sparking romance rumors with another younger woman, two years after his split from wife Kyle Richards.

The “Buying Beverly Hills” star, 55, was spotted getting handsy with “FBoy Island” star Celisa “CJ” Franco, 34, in Los Angeles Wednesday night, following dinner at West Hollywood hotspot Craig’s.

As first reported by the Daily Mail, photos show Umansky wrapping his arms around Franco, kissing her on the cheek and snuggling his face into her shoulder. Franco clearly enjoyed the attention, leaning back into the embrace with closed eyes and a bright smile.

Richards, 56, and Umansky separated in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage, but have yet to file for divorce.

Since then, he’s been linked to several much younger women, including singer Anitta, 32, and models Nikita Kahn, 34, and Klaudia K, who was 33 when the pair were spotted together last December.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star has said in the past that she and her ex are “free” to date other people. In the meantime, the pair, who share three daughters — Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17 — seem to be prioritizing peaceful co-parenting.

“Mauricio and I get along really well. You know, we both want the best for each other,” she told People in April. “We love our daughters.”

She added, “I have his back. He has mine,” and confirmed that the two are “really good friends, and we always have been.”

For his part, Umansky recently told People, “I’m alone. I’m single. I’m dating. I guess that’s my era.”

However, he noted that his daughters have asked him to be “happy” and “enjoy” himself, but also to “be age-appropriate” regarding his love life.

“They want me not to be photographed and be out there, particularly with somebody I’m just on a first date with or something like that,” he said.

Franco was last linked to director Len Wiseman, whom she became engaged to in 2023.

She was featured on the first season of HBO Max’s reality series “Fboy Island” in 2021. She ended up with fellow contestant Jarred Evans, but the romance didn’t last.
