Prince Williamās desire to have his uncle Andrew phased into life as a commoner with a limit on spending is sparking a lot of of turmoil behind the scenes.
The news has been brought to light by royal biographer Tina Brown, and she shared it on her Fresh Hell Substack.
According to the expert while Prince William has been āincensedā by his uncle, King Charles is not so keen to do away with his personal freedoms.
āCharles, I am told, is not looking to punish his pampered brother to the point, he says, that he canāt ācopeā,ā the expert started by saying.
A big reason for this, in Ms Brownās eyes is because āif Charles were not to pay his brotherās bills and ensure a certain level of comfort, Andrew would have only his secrets to sell.ā

After all from infancy heās been āserved all his life by a cook, a butler, and a valet.ā
Furthermore, āheās not willing to give up his butlers, his cleaners, his chefsā¦heās still making his morning rides a priority so he needs his horses and a staff to care for them.ā
What is pertinent to mention, according to Heat World is that the former Duke once had over 10,000 people on staff.
However, with his titles, military honors and even his title of prince having been taken away, essentially making him a commoner, William āis demanding Andrew be given a limit in line with the living expenses of a commoner, since that is what he is now.ā But āAndrew scoffs at the idea of that,ā Ms Brown says.
In his views, āhe says heās already given up enough.ā Whereas William āthinks his father is being far too soft on Andrew, and heās not going to let it slide.ā

āHe says his behaviour is egregious and heās making it his mission to put an end to it.ā However, that is not all because William is [also] said to be āconvincedā that Andrew is doing this as a way to get some sort of petty revenge on them all, but the truth is heās just so obscenely spoiled, and has been all his life, that he doesnāt see a thing wrong with this sort of waste,ā the expert noted.
āAnd heās still completely in denial about how far heās fallen. He just can’t, or won’t, see it.ā
āWilliam thinks itās disgraceful that he’s still burning through all this cash and keeps saying this will be one of the first messes heāll clean up when he becomes king. Heās determined to end the days of Andrew living like a lord once and for all.ā
