Save your tears for The Weeknd â heâs doing pretty well for himself.
The âBlinding Lightsâ hitmaker has shattered records with his bombastic âAfter Hours Til Dawnâ tour, which has taken the throne as the top-earning tour ever by a male solo artist.

Including sales figures for his upcoming 2026 dates across Mexico, Brazil, Europe and the UK, the tour has now sold more than 7.5 million tickets and grossed over $1 billion across 153 dates.
The tour launched in 2022 and has made its way through North America (twice), Europe, the UK, Latin America and Australia.
In 2023, the Guinness Book of World Records named the star âThe Most Popular Artist in the World,â while his single âBlinding Lightsâ went RIAA-certified Diamond and was named the new No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 song of all time, surpassing Chubby Checkerâs 1960 hit âThe Twist.â

The only tours surpassing the R&B croonerâs achievement are Coldplayâs $1.5 billion âMusic of the Spheresâ tour and Taylor Swiftâs $2 billion âEras Tour.â
